Kata image 3Lean FSL are delighted to announce that having recently participated in a Lean Kata Simulation training event, facilitated by TWI trainer Joakim Bjurstrom, at the University of Buckingham, we are now able to offer Lean Kata training and on-the-job coaching as part of our portfolio of services to customers.

Click on the link below for more details on how we can support you and your team in practicing your Kata:

Kata Flyer – Oct.15

Kata image 4We are actively looking for clients who will allow us to ‘practice’ Kata training for ourselves. We need your help in applying the Kata principles to our own services, which we can only do by getting more experience of applying the approach at ‘gemba’. You and your business stand to gain training and insight into Kata and make some real improvements along the way.

And so, the first two clients who sign up for either or both of the offers detailed in the flyer will only be charged 1/3 of the rate detailed in the flyer. Contact us using the details to the right of this page for more details.
